Executive Coaching
‘‘Bob King is a professional coach and an INLPTA registered NLP Master Coach.
Coaching assignments are specifically for the purpose of helping people close gaps - gaps in performance, attitudes or understanding. The coaching relationship is in the form of regular meetings (usually monthly, with interim telephone contact) and can involve field-based performance coaching on particular skills – e.g. presentation skills, managing meetings etc. This involves observation and detailed feedback.
